A whole body workout on the Reformer. Variable spring tension on the Reformer challenges and supports.
MAT PILATES
A floor-based workout on the mat. Small props add challenge as well as provide proprioceptive feedback
PRIVATE PILATES
A Private session is ideal if you have specific concerns or goals as each session is tailored to your specific needs. It is also a great choice if you would like to explore more of the other equipment (stability chair, Cadillac).
DUET PILATES
Have a session dedicated to you and a friend or partner. The more personalised approach of a private with the added company of working out with a friend or partner.
